It seems like they're just trying to see what they can get away with, many people with small balances will let it slide, which is pure profit for them.
I have funds in there, from LoyceV's Hero Small 10 Month Person 10 Altcoin Investment Experiment. I have 8.5 months left before I need to withdraw, so I'll wait a bit and see how this develops.
