All fees will be paid in Zoi. Not dumped or traded on the market.
It is said that funds are needed NOW. Coins worth nothing if you don't sell them. You can't eat them 
But the same ammount in several months/years is not acceptable as I understand. So - what's the difference? The only one - with devs proposal they can dump coins in a month. Otherwise - why do they need it urgently? To look on numbers in a wallet?
