What driver and which regmod are you using ?

I have been running HBM at as high as 1199mhz as well with the soc overclock but not getting 2500
What might change using a tv.... I know the drivers to make a difference between a monitor and actual tv but....
I happen to own the exact same tv but its fcking heavy and dont want start draging it to my rigs at the moment
