I came down to around $50, but then worked my way back up to over $100. I finished wagering my bonus with about $90 left over. then suddenly my balance disappeared. I contacted chat support, and they told me once you've wagered 100%, your funds go back to zero, but you can then redeem a bonus of 1 mBTC that doesn't have any wagering requirement. I did that, but then I noticed the minimum cashout is 3 mBTC. at that point, I lost it all very quickly. I was pretty bummed out to say the least. I would exercise extreme caution if you plan to deposit to this site. they strike me as the type of place that will do everything in their power to keep your money.
I have never seen a no deposit bonus that works like what you have just experienced. Most casinos will let you to withdraw the winning of the bonus after you meet the wagering requirement, indeed casinos has their own max cashout from the bonus. It means that this 1mbtc bonus has a max cash out of 1mbtc but the minimum withdraw is 3mbtc. Actually you cant complain about it as it is their terms which you have to agree before you take the bonus. I've asked about the terms about the bonus few days ago but I get no answers unless I missed it. We should know the full terms first before taking any bonuses.
