The payments didn't start yet. But Arnaud confirmed on Telegram that they will begin soon and that they will communicate the raised amount after the end of the pre-sale.

Really hope they will start soon.
I'm sure a lot of investors are sitting on there ETH or BTC to invest in NapoleonX Smiley


Good things happen to those who wait, but shit could happing while waiting, so one better do something else while they get ready for the upcoming sale, a watched kettle never boils after all, anyway, I meanwhile will try to get my investments back to put it here, im still in a loss T.T.
