hi, do anyone knows how to reset windows wallet setting without launch the wallet?

i have change the proxy setting (maybe something incorrect), and then restart.

wallet pop up an error at start-screen , and crash. i can not get in wallet setting again.

error message like "unsupported proxy socks version"




i have try to delete all files in %APPDATA%/magnet/ except wallet.dat , but not working.
