This is a multi-year project and investment...like Ripple...Ethereum...Bitcoin...IOTA...like most projects with legitimate potential.
If there were weekly updates, you're expecting 100+ updates that really are all geared towards basically code development..which you can see on GitHub already without an official update. More devs is really all we need to know until product beta launch. Even after launch, the only update Im expecting is either more devs or security audits...for another year at least. The only update anyone here seems to need is a price increase...takestimeman.
Despite the FUD about MitM attacks, nefarious nodes, this is a project with relatively painless massive adoption potential. A VPN protocol that any person can use and any developer can implement? Count me in. Mysterium is a protocol, not just an app. That is my main interest.
Anyway, Robertas was walking with some bravado at DevCon like he's Mark Zuckerberg or something. The team believes in this project more than the market right now. I'm into it. Also imagine a 1984 where American's can't access VPN providers...Mysterium could be that loophole, through Canadian's WiFI
