okay,u think it might even succeed with weak webpage ?
lets,say minimum ticket price 5$   every week one winner the winner can be choosen by other player who can pick up the next lucky number.
coz all players will have number. if his number is randomly choosed by other player then his the actual winner.
so if i keep how much % myself? and give rest to winners? 
if i run manually this then  i think i keep 25% for myself.
so good or  not? if i dont see point..then i dont do it.
