I think right now is the perfect time to buy. In the near future we will see a x3-x4 increase. Dogecoin has done this many times already. And he will do it now. Only patience.

Remove the free cash party at BTC , bring and extra 500bln of crypto market cap, imagine dozens of crypto investisment funds which will somehow also include Doge in theirs diversified package and you have you 20 bln market cap, well likely no 1$ but +/-10 cents well possible in 1 to 2 years .
* What we should not forget is the reputation of the old well established coins vs the newly created come and go projects.
