The best time to make an investment is when the price comes low. Right now Op has got an information that the price will come low, so it's better to wait for a little and try to make the best profit. I haven't come across any such information that bitcoin dropping to the value of altcoins. This could be a form of FUD to support the growth of altcoins or a way used to manipulate the market of altcoins as a whole.
