It will be pumped and has been pumped for sure. Take a look at its chart, you will see why this happen. Base price range, periodicity of price movements. All of them are good signals.

You are right! Its block time is 60 seconds (as specified in the OP) which leads to fast transactions, at least much more faster than Bitcoin.

that's the feature which why there's still people who supports doge as it can be use to make some arbs, or also you can use it to some gambling
as doge have small fee and much faster than bitcoin in terms of transaction period. just really amaze how this movement comes so fast.
