The ammount scammed is about 0.00049 because 0.03122941 is back to sender wallet address. And if i remember they charge 4$ about their service.

fyi, you can use accelerator for free on antpool or viabtc (if your fee isnt less than 10 sat/b and you must fast because viabtc just accept 100 tx/hour).
and probably, confirmtx use antpool too. Because i tried it before after 4-5 block it still unconfirmed but when antpool got block my transaction got confirmed.
