I'm using the v1.3(Windows Direct Link: https://github.com/aeriumcoin/Aerium/releases/download/v1.3/aerium-qt.zip), but with old wallet.dat file, is it ok for staking? because I have't received AERM coins after 24hours till now(block 12136), please give me some answer, thanks.

sorry, but there is not .conf file in "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\aerium" dir, where should I get the .conf file?

You don't need a .conf file as log as your wallet is the latest version and it's synching. The config file is only needed if you need to add nodes to help you sync or if you're solo mining through a wallet during PoW.
