In my opinion masters degree is really important for anyone to be good in certain field because it is an era of specialization and everyone needs best.
Master's degree is not really necessary and we can survive in this world without it. But it can be an advantage for someone to compete for and be place to a much higher position. And also it makes everything so much easier for you. I also want to take Master's Degree once I'm good enough on my field, so I can be the best.
