Bet on my Bitcoin prophetic forecast ?
I am not here for a bet on the price of bitcoin ,as anything can happen in a market,but i can bet a couple of hundred dollars against Satoshi coming out now when the price of bitcoin is way higher ,it was a realistic situation when he wanted to come back when the price was below thousand dollars because the amount of coins he is known to hold will put him under the scanner by the tax authorities and now with the price so high i should believe he would reveal himself. What tax authority do you refer to here, specifically? IRS, CRA, or a tax agency of some other country? To tax Satoshi, you would first have to find out what jurisdiction he belongs to, which citizenship he has, who he is and if he is still alive, and whether he is a human being at all. I don't think this is the thing that the tax authorities would want to invest their time and effort in. Anyway, until he sells his coins for fiat, you basically can't tax him in most jurisdictions
