Have you checked the spam folder, and if it's the right e-mail you were using?
Since, each time you withdraw to a different address they contact you to make sure it was you who made the withdrawal.

I think you are missing something. I have sent them email and david said he would reply asap yesterday.

I think you are behaving a bit strange. You come up here from nowhere with your 9BTC withdraw that you have been "too busy" for one month to care about? And now after this one month of silence and not caring you are extremely stressed to resolve it and get the funds NOW?. I don't know man.

The representative should be able to handle this issue. No matter how long of his silence no matter what the reasons of being silence, it should be treated well. As what I said previously, FJ should be able to inform players when there is something wrong with the withdrawal immediately without waiting player's complain.  

And since we are only listening to one side of the story (the guy posting in here) we don't know the entire situation. You should not just instantly believe someone that write out something on a forum. Wait for FJ to give their response, I'm sure they are working on it.
