Have posted about this question before on here and got no response from the potcoin team

I purchased a potcoin card from potcoincard.com And I want to transfer my potcoin from my card to my wallet on my pc I really need a helping hand here guys as the potcoincard.com no longer works and I bought a very nice amount so please help help HELP!!!
