That Antonio F is just a Youtube pump and dump scammer trying to get affiliate money from his audience. Most of the Youtubers promoting these coins only focus on the ones that give affiliate commissions. You rarely see good videos with reviews of "legit" projects but that don't offer any money from any referral commissions so they don't get covered. Nothing more, nothing less.
Youtubers are as bad scammers. They promote the site and introduce to their followers If they don't know everything then they should not promote them. Investors should know better not to invest more than you can lose. At least one per day on the HYIP ICO stay away from them.
