I think such a project is the same as hyip, has a ponzi scheme. Honestly I really do not like such a project, many cheated starters and this just exacerbates the name of crypto.
But I really appreciate your work, where you are rating for the projects you share and this can help potential investors or visitors to your site in choosing a project.
