Here is another design inside sealed plastic box, supposed to be weather proof, very compact and gives stable temperature control:

Those are very nice, but not weather proof. Moisture will still gather around the intake and exhaust fans.

You can get the same filter materials used in aircons/humidifiers to filter out the moist.
