Since the closure of btc38.com, Tagcoin lost it's main trading exchange. However AEX.com is the new exchange set up by the owners of btc38..based out of UK and Hong Kong I think, and it is now being traded again..

Coin Market Cap has added AEX, but still lists NovaExchange and Yobit, so take that into consideration if relying on CoinMarketCap's data.
