So far Combi is beating my own picks - the thing I like about it is that if 'forces' me to invest in stuff I would not personally touch with a barge pole, but alas said stuff often does better than reason suggests it should... 
Yeah, i have the same experience... I like my own portfolio and did A LOT of research on the coins, but it's underperforming the CombiCoin. I think the volatile nature of the market helps the CombiCoin. Each coin will peak/get hyped at different periods through the year... You have to be in the market to scalp those profits.
