In Russia we have the law. according it the personal information of russians must be keeping in the russian territory. i do not want to brake the law. and i want my bounty without verification
Who said that you have to do KYC for getting your bounties?
And if you invested in the ICO you should have known that KYC is mandatory to redeem your tokens.
well, nowadays even some bountys from well known icos want kyc for their bounty hunters, for example hero token.

This I think all will agree to but it becomes a problem if the rules Changes during the process...
if ruler change during process, thats a big problem.
but, if the customers has subscribe in email and the rule shared by email, that is no problem
