Bittrex sucks, one can't withdraw unless verified. earlier my account was legacy and now it's tagged as new, it's ridiculous. this is how they treat their early user. i got 50 mBTC stuck in there. 
I am pissed! Mine is tagged as new too, and I just made a similar withdrawal a few days ago. If I ever get my money out, I will never use them again. It's beginning to look like they are just making up excuses in an attempt to let their deposits catch up to their withdrawals. This happened to me at cryptsy too before they ran! Same thing ---> looks like Bittrex has a liquidity problem.
