I can't say a thing on this hard fork, before there is gold and now Diamond what's happening to bitcoin. They keep on putting it's name to these shameful coins.
will this hardfork have a higher value from the old hardfork of bitcoin or it just another free money ?
No one knows, these hard forks are just the same for pumping something that they want to and it all depends on the devs way of getting it if that will be a freecoin too.
