That's not premine, that's called instamine. And you are assuming the dev got them
There were plenty of people mining this. This was released around LUX, so lots were on that coin while others were on this one. There were about 4-5 coins worth mining when XSH blocks rewards were higher.
I am very curious how masternodes and POS are going to tie together.
