I hope so but it will take more years before it reaches the 1000$, the eth price now was 50% of 1000$, many tokens were created with a high value. ETH price will not stuck in 400$ it will flow at the price 1000$ and above, just wait and hold for your eth for a long time because you will benefit a lot.
