For me yes. It is the right time to buy bitcoin and hold it till the end of the year. Bitcoin reaches $8,200 and now it is falling to $7,900. We know that it is still high but if you already buy in that amount and sell it to higher amount. I think you can still have profit from there.
For my perception it is the right time to buy bitcoin, but not the right time to sell coin.
