I gamble most of the time when I am alone.

I do not gamble to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief of lose. I only gamble if my friends ask me to play after work because it is more enjoyable to play gambling if you do not have any problems in life because if you have might get more depressed if you lose your money in gambling.

Right, but there are some people who find solace in gambling. We're lucky we don't have the urge to look for gambling whenever we feel something. Some people are like that and seriously they need help

I agree this kind of people somehow, is addicted to gambling. They became hooked and always look to play in gambling games. They are having a hard time fighting the urge to gamble. It will only give them negative effect so they should start reflecting and thinking how to deal with such behavior and urge to gamble. It is also best if they can ask for guidance and how to avoid or control their urge to gamble so much.
