More like a bitcoin card i think that would be pretty cool this way you can directly pay in stores with your bitcoins but the stores should accept bitcoin and your country should also accept bitcoin to make this work but it is a good idea.
May be it is cool to spend BTC in shops but don't forget about BTC comissions) BTC transaction fees for several buyings will be cost up to 50$
