FWIW, they're had a very unlucky streak (allegedly), haven't been that transparent, the dev team doesn't seem to have that much technical expertise at all and everyone who defends it hasn't done anything other than quote the white paper or tell everyone to be patient. Maybe you can bring some proper evidence, or we shall just have to wait and see.
