I live in Oklahoma in the US. I don't know why they are shipping all of my stuff early but I received all of my D3's including the few I ordered from the late November batch and I received them the first week of November. Which is 3 weeks earlier than expected. As for my L3+'s I received all 5 of mine the first week of Nov as well and they also weren't supposed to show up until Nov 20-30th.
My S9's have all shipped for November and I have even received my Dec 1- 10.
I'll post the dates I purchased them below, but just a heads up guys I don't think they follow the "first paid first shipped" process. I've compared with other people before and could not make any sense of their shipping.

Order placed on 8/23 Shipping was Nov 20-30th and I've received all
Order placed on 9/26 Shipping was Dec 1 -10th and I've already received all of them.

I even paid for my Dec 1-10th orders with a wire transfer..which I had heard that the ones paid via wire were supposed to be shipped last. Like I said, I don't make any sense of it but I'm not complaining. I love bitmain  I've also received all 50 of my PSU's for the Nov batch. I ordered them all separately too, in bundles of 8 and 10's.
