As it is your MEW, you should have the address?
For transferring, all you need to do is login on http://dnawebwallet.com/login.php, enter your MEW address and hit the transfer button. It takes 24-48 hours, but then you will have access to the tokens.
You can load the MEW easily via Etherdelta, by using your address and private key, then start trading.
