In my opinion masters degree is really important for anyone to be good in certain field because it is an era of specialization and everyone needs best.
Am happy you mentioned specialization and i want to tell you that in my experience masters degree does not make you any special in any one or another topic. To be a master of an area of study, subject or life what you need is a lot of experience and practice. Normally this experience you will normally gain by working sitting in the classroom and learning solves no problem until it is applied in real lifeIf not then why master degree is not necessary
