That would be the case when some countries bans bitcoin, but we must know that it is after all possible for bitcoin to fall to 3k. Bitcoin is unstable we can't do anything against it.

If more users will follow other coins bitcoin will surely fall down a bit, but in normal cases to 3k ? No i think not.
