Hi, could use some help.

Made a mistake by sending some ETH to a ETC wallet yobit.net exchange. TxReceipt Status: Success.
ETH in ETC the wallet of the exchange did not appear.
Support exchange is not responding.
Is there a way to recover it? Or just learn from the mistake?
