I agree with the death penalty, the perpetrators should be severely punished, only the death penalty in order to "terrorists" fear, not hurt others.
Do you really think that the death penalty frightens criminals? If this were so, then in countries where there is no ban on the death penalty there would be a low level of crime, but this unfortunately is not so. So nothing will not work out.
