Standard to take a month? It shouldn't take that long to check an account.
Even a blood test result from a laboratory takes less than that!
This kind of behaviour is why I stopped playing at FJ, For FJ to come out with a statement like that, Shows how poor their customer handling is.
Too bad, they had all my favorite games and I was lucky playing there.
