In my opinion masters degree is really important for anyone to be good in certain field because it is an era of specialization and everyone needs best.
even with masters degree, i see many still being a slave to unemployment, under-employment and poverty. in today's competitive world, academic achievement sometimes can contribute to, but cannot solely determine survival level. If not then why master degree is not necessary
