Bitcoin is not widely used in my country nor even known. There is really not much option rather using bitcoin for online payments. I do use bitcoin daily for buying my Mobile load. Other than that, I have to convert bitcoin to fiat to be able to make use of it for my daily expenses.
As well as in our country bitcoin is not yet know by everyone. I think it will need a lot of time before we can use bitcoin without converting it into fiat. There's still a long process for us to be able spending btc by itself. I do also use it for buying my mobile load and online payments. Bitcoin will still have run a long way, before it will be adopted by everyone and local businesses.
It will take some time for bitcoin to reach to each and every corner of the world but good news is bitcoin is started to gain popularity now and many people and companies are showing their interest in investing money in it but to spend it directly for buying anything will surely take long time as majority of people don't know how to get it and use it.
