Also, one other option is sync wallet with new CLI and open wallet which has problem with old simplewallet exe. it should work. Make sure you have your correct password with you.

If the password is wrong then how can I open it with GUI wallet? Why are so many people entering the wrong password? not just me.
I could open the old wallet with the GUI but it looks like the GUI is not connected so I can not send the coin to a new wallet

Dude, dont be so difficult, check that workaround.
Fully Sync using latest deamon, open in GUI. Close the Deamon. Send 10 Sikka using GUI and use 1 Sikka as Fee. Receiving wallet should show transaction coming if you open parallelly in CLI.
Then close the GUI. Open the Deamon again to sync, wait for 2-3 blocks and then open GUI, you will see transaction confirmed.
