Great project but i think the bull run stops here. The power token is not the token for the energy network, as i understand it that is the sparkz token. You can buy them with power ledger tokens. If the price of power ledger tokens is too volatile then they wont like it and their clients also are not going to like it. I think thats why they partnered up with Bancor, they have some complicated system to rule out great price differences. And if that does not help they could always leave open the option to buy sparkz with fiat money. The power ledger token was only to start up and fund the company. Correct me if iam wrong.
From what I understand, the sparkz token is going to be pinned to every local currency it's used in. So 1 sparks = 1USD, 1CAD, 1___. This protects it from said volatility. This was talked about by Jemma at the panel discussion I recently watched. Not really sure how they are going to role sparkz out and if that coin will also be traded or just used for that in/out layer, we'll see.
