Check your Bittrex account, they say they are down due to a DDOS attack but for over a month now hundreds of accounts have been locked from users. I'v been 30 days trying to get my account opened through both basic and enhance verification (submitted 8 times) with no results as  have hundreds more. I think Bittrex is in real trouble.
