If this is a pump and dump coin, the developers are very bad at it 
Fact is this coin had no valid reason for a premine. It's just a cash grab.I think because your coins never get attention like this one. We will be really happy even if the developers dumped there coins. they are doing the hard work they should get some thing for that.
