more info: When I try to reset my password, it says "This account has not been approved."
Looking back on my email, looks like I missed a "must reset password" message in 2015. That must be it.
My email address is still the same.

Pls i need help with  this my account @jameseversmile I don't know what I did wrong that got me banned.
