But still strange because end of year is bearish for markets because people spend money on stuff for gift and in travels, specially after the black friday. There should be a correction now

Yes, bitstamp seems still not reach $9000 while most global exchanges have reached $9K, even on coinmarketcap have shown $9047.
I don't think bitcoin price will be corrected soon, at least until it reaches $9600-$9900 due to people tend to cash out before bitcoin reach a certain price. Hopefully, we can see bitcoin reach $10,000 as the new milestone for the community by the end of the year.
