I am always in contact directly with Baikal. In the past I bought a lot of various miners from them.
My friend and I paid all shipping fees. And still nothing. No shipping info. We never had problems with customs office, problem is that Baikal did not sent goods and he continues to extend delivery times or does not respond.
So I am asking you when EXACTly did you order and pay, it is very strange, that you received goods and other customers not.
Did you pay to Baikal directly or asicminermarket ?

I think the Baikal X10 will be profitable one year at least.
The ROI is 1-2 months at the worst case scenario.
