What do you think will happen when they will finally let people use their ICO coins? Do you think when they will return peoples property they are holding price will raise or fall?
The action of people getting access to their ICO coins itself have no impact on price. But then they will be able to sell it.
There is no action that they can make that will drive the price up. But there is action that can drive the price down.
Some percentage of these holders will sell and that will send the price down, unless it is matched by higher number of buyers, who wait for the security issues solution to get resolved to jump on-board.
