I do not think so. People do not trust in electronic money, most people think psychical money is more safe
If people did not trusted electronic money then they will not use it, how many people use credit cards, debit cards, Paypal or have invested in stocks, bonds or bitcoin, the truth is that if people did not trusted electronic money not a single one of the previous examples of it should exists.
