In my opinion masters degree is really important for anyone to be good in certain field because it is an era of specialization and everyone needs best.

Its completely a function of where you live. To me, a bsc is valuable cos it gives one some level of exposure. But a masters? i cant say. The only value i see in higher education is the exposure it offers
